Better Than Real Artificial Grass built this artificial synthetic dog running area and stone garden beds in a backyard in Novato, Marin County, California. We received a call from a potential client who wanted to set up a meeting at his house for a landscape project in his backyard. The homeowner has young kids and also two active dogs. The client wanted to make some changes in the backyard to accommodate his kids and pets needs and at the same time improve the look of the backyard. Since his dogs kept killing the natural sod due to everyday use, one of those ideas was replacing the natural lawn with a fake lawn to create a dog run area. Also the client wanted to finally get rid of yellow patches and muddy spots in his lawn. The other idea was building two garden beds with natural stone walls, which would be used as sitting walls as well. This is another project where Rainbow Landscape Irrigation & Maintenance (www.RainbowLandSR.com) and Better Than Real Artificial Grass (www.BetterThanRealGrass.com) teamed up again to get this landscaping project done. Now the dogs can go inside the house without bringing any dirt or mud in. The stone walls built for the garden beds are 2 ft high, 1 ft wide and have stone caps on top to serve the purpose of sitting wall. Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed approximately 450 sqft of fake grass type SD-90 with dead ends.
