Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed an artificial lawn and a putting green in this property in Modesto, California. This is a property with a beautiful house and gorgeous landscape garden, which consists of: garden beds, gazebo, large grass areas, swimming pool, water features a many tropical plants. This is something we could call "a private resort" in the backyard. The owner of this property from Modesto, California personally came to our Showroom in San Rafael, California to buy 350 sqft of fake grass to install it himself around a playground structure. When the client saw the artificial putting green in our Showroom he was impressed and started asking for pricing,  the installation procedure and he tried it out. Instead of buying only the artificial grass, this client made an appointment for a free estimate at his house in Modesto.

When the estimator from Better Than Real Artificial grass visited this client, they walked through the playground area in the backyard where the client wanted the fake grass to be installed and they talked about the putting green as well. The estimator measured the grass areas in the backyard and presented the estimate to the client. Right away the homeowner decided to move forward with this new landscape project. A week later, the installation crew from  Better Than Real Artificial Grass started working on this project. The first phase of the landscape project included installing the fake turf in the playground area, approximately 450 sqft of Poly Premium 80 in the Fescue Blend color. The second phase of the landscaping project included installing approximately 950 sqft of putting green type Majestic 48-oz with fringe finish and 5 holes. The homeowner loved so much the synthetic grass that he decided to extend the installation area with approximately 600 sqft extra of artificial lawn. The artificial putting green area ended up between the new fake lawn and the artificial grass with the playground structure. The whole landscape project was completed in one week according to schedule with all the requirements previously specified by the client.
