These clients remodeled their front yard at their home in the incorporated city of Kentfield, next to San Rafael, Marin County, California. They had concrete walkways built with square stones laid and a red brick border in the entire front yard. They also installed garden lights to light up the concrete pathway. These clients wanted to have a front yard that required only minimum maintenance and watering. Buy they wanted add something else to make it look more colorful & alive, otherwise the front yard would look all grayish. They created narrow garden beds for groundcover plants and shrubs, but they were missing something in the gaps between the stones. They visited our location in San Rafael, Marin County and they were surprised when they saw our indoor step stones patio with fake turf in between the stones inside our Showroom and they immediately loved the idea. Then they decided to incorporate fake grass in between the square stones to add a more colorful touch to the front yard. This type of work looks easy to do, but it requires a lot of time and patience in order to lay out the artificial turf strips and seaming them together.
