Better Than Real Artificial Grass was hired by the management to install artificial grass in the lawn areas of this apartment complex in San Francisco California. The management wanted to reduce costs of regular maintenance and rising water bills. There are 4 lawns and when Better Than Real Artificial Grass went there to see the installation areas and measure the lawns to provide a free estimate, the surface was mainly dirt. Also there were trees in these areas, and the trees needed to stay. Artificial tuff allows any trees or other landscape to stay within or surrounding the artificial lawn without any problems at all. Now the management is satisfied with these synthetic lawns because the savings in garden maintenance and water bills are immediately reflected within the first month after the installation.
