The natural sod was in a really bad condition and always after the rain the lawn areas were completely muddy. The landscape at his property is beautiful and well maintained, and since this home is located in the mountains of Mill Valley, all the large trees around add a unique landscape to the property. The only thing missing was a green lawn. The homeowners decided to go with fake turf because they knew this was the one and only solution to their problem. The surface has an existing drainage system, and the new artificial lawn uses the same drain channels along with a new drain base made of base rock and DG. Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed approximately 1,600 sqft of fake grass type SD-90 in the Field Green color with dead ends.
