Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed fake turf in two lawn areas in front of this house in Daly City, just south of San Francisco, California. The homeowners were looking for alternatives to reduce costs of water use and garden maintenance for their front lawns. Also they dealt with weeds and other wild plants growing in these areas. They also wanted to change the look of the garden bed made of bricks, which also had weeds in it. Another important detail included keeping the electrical box, the drainage system and the fire hydrant in these lawns. The estimator from Better than Real Artificial Grass went to see these clients at their house, measure the lawns, explained the installation procedure and answer all their questions. We submitted the final estimate and pictures showing the potential look of these lawns with fake grass. The clients decided to move forward with the project because of the high quality of our artificial grass, our warranties and especially the competitive price. Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed approximately 400 sqft of artificial turf type NW-80 in the Spring Green color with dead ends. For the brick garden bed, we added a different finish with veneer bluestones and also we put stone caps on top. Also on this lawn we placed 7 natural shaped bluestone step stones.
