Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed fake turf in the backyard and side yard of this property in Mill Valley, Marin County, California. This homeowner had a side yard divided in 6 tiers with pea gravel on the surface with a brick line dividing each tier. The client wanted to do something else to add more color and life to the side yard. Also she had natural sod in the backyard, which was well maintained but the rising costs in water bills and the maintenance expenses made her look for a cost-effective solution to drive these costs down to the minimum possible. She found out about the benefits of the artificial lawns and decided to give us a call. We went to her home, measure both yards and submitted the estimates. The client decided to move forward with the installation of artificial grass in both yards and we scheduled the project for the following week. Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed approximately 950 sqft of fake grass type PP-80 Spring Green. For the side yard, we graded the surface after we got rid of the tiers and for the backyard we removed a brick pathway in order to increase the artificial lawn area.
