This client recently purchased this property and wanted to improve the synthetic lawn and putting green. These installations were done 5 years ago by another company, and the work was not done properly. There were weeds all over the artificial lawn, the base was too thin and not fully compacted, there was no weed barrier and also the grass surface lacked more infill. Doing this kind of work is more difficult than doing an installation, because we have to carefully remove all the surface in order to fix everything from the beginning and then we have to put everything back in the same place. After removing the fake turf, we spread more base rock and compacted the entire base. Then we laid down and secure weed barrier fabric to avoid the germination of weeds under the fake lawn. Then we laid down the artificial turf and secured it back in the same place. Then we added all the infill needed and power boomed all the blades until they were standing up. After Better Than Real Artificial Grass completed the repair service, this artificial lawn and putting green looked as good as brand new.
