Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed this artificial lawn in this property in Santa Cruz, California. Our company travels down south as far as Aptos, Carmel, Marina, Salinas, Santa Cruz, Seaside, Soquel, Monterey and Watsonville. This house has a very unique design and there was a yard in between two rooms of the house. A landscape contractor was re-landscaping the yard area and he sent us by email pictures and drawings with dimensions for this project, since there was an artificial lawn included as part of the landscape plan. With these professional designs made by a landscape architect,  pictures of the job site and a phone call with the contractor we were able to create and submit a bid for the fake lawn installation. A few days later we received approval to do our work.

When we arrive to the job site, we noticed there was only pea gravel in the installation area. The contractor had built a long concrete planter, a wood deck with stairs and a wood landing. We covered all the wood features to protect them while we did our work. Better Than Real Artificial Grass installed approximately 325 sqft of fake turf type PP-80 Spring Green.
