These homeowners decided to switch the natural grass in their house for artificial grass because the latter looks good all year round, resists a lot of traffic, the color doesn't look fake, and the maintenance is very low. They host many outdoors parties at their house and heavy traffic has continuously been damaging the natural sod, making it really hard to keep it in good condition. The clients's son is in the landscape business and he wanted to learn our artificial synthetic grass installation process. Better Than Real Artificial Grass and the client's son team up together to get this project done. The first phase (ground preparation) was done by the clients's son. We explained him how to do it, and he took care of.  After inspecting his work, the first time the ground preparation wasn't up to Better Than Real Artificial Grass standards, but after going over this step with him, this minor inconvenience was fixed by the client's son. Better Than Real Artificial Grass continued and finished up the installation process as previously agreed with the clients. The approximate area 825 Sq ft divided in two different sections.
