This house is located in the Belvedere-Tiburon area, with a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, in the Bay Area, California. The client has a big lawn divided in three areas, one of them with real nice natural grass and other two areas with no grass at all because  these areas are very shady, and the natural grass didn't grow properly.  The client called Better Than Real Artificial Grass because she was referred to the company by one of our previous clients, and she was told about the realistic look and feel of the artificial synthetic grass that our company carries. Better Than Real Artificial Grass sent samples of our artificial grass and a few days later, the client called to schedule and appointment to go and see the potential installation area, and talk a litthe bit further about this particular project. The home owner explained the main reasons she wanted to switch the natural sod over to artificial synthetic grass: the money spent in regular maintenance services that the natural sod required, the quantity of water and fertilizers that needed to be used in order to keep the natural grass green & healthy, and occasionally, they have problems with raccoons and gophers.  The client was convinced about artificial synthetic grass and  both parties signed the contract,  and scheduled the project for the following week. A week later Better Than Real Artificial Grass arrived with the installation crew, removed the current surface in the 3 areas, did all the framing, laid down the materials for the base and laid down & secure the artificial synthetic grass. Part of this project also included installing some step stones. These areas combined measured approximately 1,100 SqFt total.
