This property is located in San Rafael, Bay Area, California. The installation of artificial synthetic grass was done in the entire front yard and part of the backyard (the backyard is divided in 3 sections). These clients were looking for a type of artificial synthetic grass that looked as close as possible to natural sod. These clients have already checked other companies and products, when they visited the Better Than Real Artificial Grass Showroom. The clients saw different samples of our products and they were very impressed when they saw the artificial synthetic grass in the Spring Green color. In that moment, they decided to schedule a visit to go and see the potential installation area and offer an official estimate. After the visit Better Than Real Artificial Grass sent the proposal, which was approved by the clients. Better Than Real Artificial Grass arrived to the client's house a week later,  the professional installation crew removed the irrigation system located in the installation areas. Then the crew removed the existing surface, framed with 2" x 2" flexible bender boards the perimeter of the areas, sprayed a mix of base rock and decomposed granite, and this combination was compacted until a  3" thick of a base was built, the artificial synthetic grass was laid out and secured, and finally infilled and groomed until the blades were completely straighten up. This installation process is guaranteed for a period of  8 years. The type of artificial synthetic grass installed was the Poly Premium 80 in the Spring Green color.
