This property is located in Pleasanton, Bay Area, California. A landscape contractor called Better Than Real Artificial Grass to get information about ground preparation and installation procedures for artificial synthetic grass, because he had potential clients interested in a landscape project, where part of the project had established an installation of artificial synthetic grass for the backyard, and the contractor didn't have the knowledge to do it, and he needed to get involved with artificial synthetic grass because of the requirements of such project. Better Than Real Artificial Grass met up with the landscape contractor in San Francisco to show him different samples of artificial synthetic grass and talk more about the installation procedure, the ground preparation,  and the pro's and con's of artificial synthetic grass. This area in the backyard measured approximately 1,150 SqFt. The type of artificial synthetic grass installed was the Poly Premium 80 in the Spring Green color.
