This installation of artificial grass was done by Better Than Real Artificial Grass in Greenbrae, near San Rafael, California. The homeowners have two big dogs and it was very difficult for the clients to maintain the grass in good condition. Also, a few trees around the grass provide a lot of shade to the grass, which didn't allow the grass to grow properly. For those reasons these clients decided it was time to do something about it and they decided to call the office of  Better Than Real Artificial Grass, located in San Rafael, California. They asked about the installation process, pricing and  warranties. They visited the Showroom to see the different types of artificial grass, took some free samples with them and scheduled a visit for a free estimate. At that time, Better Than Real Artificial Grass had recently received a new type of grass from the manufacturer. This type of grass is called NW-80 Spring Green with Dead Ends. It's a tri-color grass, with taller blades (2" high) in a mix of two different green tones and tan colored tatch (curly blades for more support) with a faceweight of 80 oz per square yard. The clients were surprised by the looks of it. This was our first installation with this brand new product. The installation area measured approximately 200 SqFt.
